Journals we’re reading: Correlation found between lower vitamin D levels and eye allergies

An interesting article in the March issue of Acta Ophthalmology, a Scandinavian eye care publication, discussed findings of a Turkish study in which folks with seasonal allergic conjunctivitis were found to have lower vitamin D levels.  Like we always say, “more research is needed,” but it may suggest sunlight exposure or vitamin D supplementation as a therapy for eye allergies.  See the link to the full article below.
